Milk
Milk under the "Belaya Reka" TM is made from natural cow's milk, normalized by the mass fraction of fat. The milk selected according to safety indicators is purified on mechanical filters, weighed and immediately cooled to 4 ± 2 °C and sent to tanks for intermediate storage. At this stage, the milk is cleaned by means of a milk separator, where there is a complete cleaning of physical impurities. Then, the milk is pasteurized in the OKL-10 pasteurization and cooling unit at a temperature of 85-87 °C with an exposure of 20 seconds and is cooled to 2-4 °C.
