Butter
Butter of "Belaya Reka" TM is made by separating or churning cream obtained from cow's milk. The product is made on an emulsion fat basis, the predominant component of which is milk fat produced from cow's milk and by-products of milk processing by separating the fat phase from them and evenly distributing milk plasma in it, with or without non-dairy components. Butter is made strictly according to the technological instructions and in compliance with all established sanitary norms, rules, and standards.
