Unlike ordinary kefir, Bio Kefir of “Belaya Reka” TM contains special bacteria - bifidobacteria, which perform a number of important functions in the digestive system. It is bifidobacteria that create a physiological barrier to toxins and pathogenic microorganisms and prevent their penetration into the human body, these bacteria also participate in the utilization of food substrates and enhance parietal digestion. The synthesis of protein, vitamins K and B is also a merit of bifidobacteria, these smallest microorganisms create an acidic environment in the intestines, in which calcium, iron and vitamin D are best absorbed. Only special starter preparations of direct application, consisting of thermophilic and mesophilic lactic streptococci, acidophilus bacilli, bifidobacteria are used in production. As a result of their activity in the human digestive system, the activity of pathogenic harmful bacteria decreases.
